the last 2 times i have been on the water during my first run from the landing, my engine has shut off. once i came to a rest and put the throttle back into neutral, it cranked right up and ran fine the rest of the day. it is acting like it would if you pulled the kill switch. could there be some kind of short on the kill switch itself or is this a problem with the engine. like i said, after it did it, it ran fine the rest of the day. both times have been within the first 3-4 minutes of running. it is a 200 efi merc. any help would be much appreciated.
