need Motorguide repair

I have bent the lower shaft on my tr-82 Motorguide. It still works but it is hard to steer at higher speeds. Does anyone know of a good service center in or around the N.E. Arkansas area. I am about 70 miles from the Memphis area also. I found a service center in Memphis but I would like go to one that someone has had good experience with. Thanks in advance.weeman

NE Arkansas does not offer much in the form of options. Some Mercury dealers are also handling Motorguide Service, though some dont. And in that area of the state you are very limited. Check with a dealer locally you know, though there are not many there. BCB

Hey Weeman, I know this is probably further away than what you were looking for. I can highly recommend Alabama Trolling Motors for all Motorguide repairs. They have been servicing trolling motors for as long as I can remember. All of the guys in our bass club use them, as well as most other anglers that I know.
