Guys I am sure plenty of you are planning to fish the Central Opens this year. I need someone to explain to me how this works. I registered for the opens got my letter telling me that i was on the list as 139. I contacted BASS and was told that everyone goes on the waiting list. How do you know if you are selected? Did packages go out yet? I cant get a answer from BASS.
If you have never fish an open its most likely you will have a hard time getting in. The quickest way I have found to get in is to link with a co-angler. Still might not work. Good luck
You will have to keep calling, the packages have been sent out. I would call them and see where you are on the waiting list,ask if you link with a co-angler if it would get you in. The process is based on first come ,first in on the call in.
