Found a boat that I like at a dealer. Its a left over 2014 model brand new. Dealer is holding strong on there asking price, with 16s about to be released right around the corner. Im just worried that if I paid what their asking price, that as soon as I drive it off the lot Ive got a two year old boat that I would take a major hit in resale. What you guys think? Keep looking or wait them out? Boat has bounced around a few different dealers so there obviously having a hard time moving it.

Id give them a price youre willing to pay and tell them to contact you if theyre interested in selling. Id also keep looking.

I agree with the above to responses. Their are lots of boats out there to choose from. Never feel like you have to meet someones asking price if it seems high.Dan

We are not aware of any boats bouncing between dealers. There is one boat that belongs to BCB in Georgia and it was built for spec. and was pulled around as a demo for a representative to use.

Just curious.If he bought the 2014 boat that has never been owned but now 2 years old, would the warranty on the motor still be 3 years or does he loose those years?I guess my question is = does the motor warranty start from when boat is purchased or from the year model it is?
