I was doing a search on dealers for Mercury Outboards and came across this site in nearby Schenectady area saying they are going to be a Bass Cat Dealer in 2010. Only one in NY from what I could find here on the Website. I also heard there was going to be new one in Northern VT on/near Lake Champlain too. Not sure what Town. If the information is correct, good news for us BC owners in the Upstate NY, Southern VT, Eastern Mass area and northern NY/VT area. http://www.crsmarine.com/
They are not yet a stocking dealer and we are moving ahead to get inventory in the store and display models. They are a little heavy on large pleasure boats in inventory now and we hope to have product in there soon. They also will take trades, which is a good thing for some up in the northeast. If Steve used to work at Brookcove Marine in Chatham back in the mid 80s, I think he sold me my first bass boat (one I sold to buy this BC) back in the mid 80s. Small world. Is Brookcove still a dealer? I was down there last month (they are about 20 minutes south of me) and there were lots Cats still on the grounds but no new ones. Ben is a good guy. He has worked on my old boat a few times.

Just might do that, if not will stop by some Monday. I play every Monday around the corner at Stadium in a league. Golf, fishing, shinny new boat, and two years to retirement. Life aint to damn bad!
