Hope to be ordering New Caracal at the end of week. Was at dealer yesterday and didnt see nexsyslink gauges as an option? Did they replace with something different? Ive always used the old style (no digital readout) in past and was wanting to go with the digital cluster this time. What do you guys use or recommend? Thanks in advance, Mike.

Im so glad they went back. Nothing against the nex sys link I was just used to the other ones

They both are SmartCraft protocol systems and the NexSysLink gauges work well, though SmartCraft gauges are actually Mercurys brand. They returned to SmartCraft as they have glass lenses other than the MeruryMonitor gauge. That one gauge is still plastic lenses.

So is there a package that includes all the gauges needed with the smartcraft included and whats it called on order form or do you get the standard package and add SmartCraft?

is there a way to replace the plastic lenses on the speedo/rpm as mine are cracked?

Though my cluster is analog beede gauges. My rpm gauge went out I replaced it with a mercury gauge purchased from BCB. I like it better and according to my monitor its very close to be dead on accurate.2013 PANTERA 2MERCURY 200 PRO XSMINNKOTA 80LB FORTREX25 fury

The gauge package is the SmartCraft option in 2016.

So BCB doesnt use Nexsyslink gauges anymore? Is Basscat going to carry them , if I need to replace one in the future? Are the lenses glass or plastic.
