Received my replacement bunks a couple of weeks ago but still no reply about what will be done about the bottom damage. Where the boat rode on the bunks looks like you took sand paper to the bottom. When I bought the boat the dealer told me to be sure and get the Gatorbunks wet before loading, I always did this. Those that have had this problem what did Basscat do for you? Im only 3 hours from the plant so getting it up there isnt a problem. Basscat reponded quickly to my original email and had me send pictures of the damage. I have sent several emails about this and no reply.
