I think I have read everything posted on the new Jaguar both here and on BBC. The boat is more than I could have imagined and then some. The speed was more than I expected for a 2200 pound boat. There has been nothing said about the ride. I am sure it is incredible but would like to hear how it compares to the Puma (or how the Puma compares to it). Is this boat now the best riding boat on the water? Brian

Brian, We are always reserved in our opinions as most here know. We are not good at tooting our horns ourselves. The impact on the dealers was good and they were all impressed. BCB

If its better than my 09 puma FTD(like I think it is) it should be against the law. I crossed paths with a coast guard tug that was quickly pushing a barge so heavy that only 4″ or so was above the waterline the other night as I was running up to a lock. I just cant get the boat to hit the water hard. The jaguars ride is probably so good its just stupid.C.O.D. Jr. III

This boat is a lot better ride than the Cougar FTD or the Puma, Puma FTD or any of the earlier 20s. If I hadnt seen it myself I would not believe it. I tested this boat at the dealer meeeting and all I can say yes, yes, yes and did I say yes!!! Tommy Yetts Rockwall Marine

Thanks for the replies. I was just curious. I knew it had to ride like a dream being 21 5″ long and a mere 2200 pounds. I still cant get over the performance numbers. What a boat! So tournament loaded one could expect upper 60s to low 70s. Thats hauling the mail for a boat that size. Brian
