blackpumaftd, We are very glad you like your new rig and we hope you and your family enjoy it for many years to come! On your questions: 1. We do have a socket that fits it, though most use their tool kit and a 12 point 1/2″ drive deep well socket in a tool box. 2. We assume this tank has no fuel in it yet, as the newer style should not have an issue filling. If that is a problem, then angle of the fill nozzle is a part of it. Though it should go right on through the fill neck. If the tank is new, then the fumes will belch until the environment stabilizes. After that it should fill fine. 3. Unhooking SUV from trailer. That is usually the type of ball on the hitch. If it is one of the newer pin hitches from Reese, we have seen them lock and we have a few ourselves that are hard to release. The hitch is cool, as it has a lock in it, and the ball has a pin to align and prevent spinning when tightening, though they bind somewhere. The angles make where a different place on all positions. Also 2 piece balls can lock as well. Do check the ball neck for clearance of the latch tongue also. On #3 you should not be having trouble there and we think it is the hitch or ball. We have not really ever been a fan of this coupler for reasons such as this. Though with Unique end units you must use their coupler. BCB Admin.
