I ordered a new rub rail insert for my 2008 Puma and it came in today. I installed it, but the finishing end caps at the side of the transom, will not go down and cover the rail like it did with the old rub rail insert. I know this is due to the additional material of the new rub rail insert, but how can this be fixed? Did BCB extend the sides of the finishing caps to accommodate for this or do you have to trim the rub rail insert so it will go all the way down?James
