Hey everyone, I am new to bass boats but not new to boats or fishing. My first bass rig is a 2004 Cougar with a 225 Evinrude HO. I am really pleased. Got my first day in and everything went fine. A few questions: 1. I sent in the Quest form and the tranfer fee check to Bass Cat. That all I need to do to transfer the warranty? 2. I deffinately sent the Self Addressed Stamped Envelope for the fuel fill splash fix. (Got a $3 Super unleaded bath, not a pleasant surprise), is this fix out just yet or still almost there? 3. My courtesy lights are not coming on on the console or up on the front desk. Everything else works like a charm and I wonder if the lights are just burnt out or is there another way to turn them on I am missing (no manuals or anything on the boat). Are they a prety standard auto/boat part or where should I start checking. I absolutely love the boat. It rides great and fishes better… I am not 100% happy ith the electronics but I imagine if the wife didnt leave me for the boat she hopefully will not on the side scanning Humminbird I am looking at.
