Just wanted to stop by and say I am a very pleased Basscat owner. Picked up my new Sabre Last Friday from H2O in North Little Rock, and cant say eneough about the folks at this very interactive dealer. The Gen mgr, Ken Adamson was great as was his staff…Angie, Larry, etc. It sure is a pleasure to be able to find integrity and caring even in these uncertain times. Unfortunatly, I have not had a chance to take boat out, but expect great things. Temps here were a litle cold last week and this week…maybe by week end. The engine I am running on this new Sabre is a Merc 150 EFI w/ jackplate- and I am running a 23 Tempest, as per dealer. Thought about using a 25 pitch, but was advised against this. I see some other posts have discussed this very topic- would love to get additional thoughts. In any event I will be watching this site and look forward to a long relationship with my boat…oh and my wife and kids too

Thanks Billy for the welcome. I too have a Red and Silver color scheme, with pearl white sides and lt. gray hull …seems to be popular-sure is pretty! Look forward to meeting you. Rob Mantione

I do fish the AR river a lot at conway. I probably had my best fishing last year on the river. I also fish Dardanelle, Greers Ferry, Ouachita, and several smaller lakes around Conway.
