to say thanks to all BCB during the OI. Didnt get to meet Rick, but his organizational skills and those that helped put on the OI are unsurpassed. I enjoyed my first time stay in Mtn Home so well I stayed an extra week. Got to fish the Cystic Fibrosis, the OI and attend weigh in at the Elite. Visited Memphis, Branson, Springfield Bass Pro, Ozark village, surrounding countryside, and fished 14 days on Norfolk. The people of Mountain Home are the friendliest and most helpful that I have encountered in a long time. Got to eat fried catfish at the Fish house, Barbecue at KT smoke house, and some real southern cooked GRITS. Also got some great fried pies.I spent about a half hour talking to Ron Pierce at the Friday nite get together. he is a true gentleman. We talked about everything from the “good ol days” to present. Never once talked about boats or fishing. Great Guy.Special thanks to Pete, Dory, and all at the office. Met so many Catters that I cant remember all their names. Except Ward. Cool dude in a Chicken suit. To bad he couldnt stay for the second day. His daughter is a real sweetheart. Also, want to thank the hospitality of Doug and family at Sunrise Point Resorts. Family atmosphere unsurpassed. The trip was worth every inch of the 1150 gas guzzling miles.I will be back next year….Oh yeah, stopped in Dodge City on the way back. Yee Haw.To the guys in the trailer building department you did a great job on my new trailer. Pulled smooth.Martin
