If its the older style you will find 2 screws on the bottom. If you remove those 2 screws the part holding the threaded shaft and arm will come off, just be careful because there is a small plastic slide and tiny spring that will come out…..dont lose it! Tell you what…..just send the whole lock, there are small pieces that can be lost that will render the lock useless if lost. Send me an email and I will give you an address to ship it to.

I will find out tomorrow if the locks that I found are the same type as used on the Perko assemblies. Other than the arms and a few strikers Perko offers no parts at all so the search has been long to find replacement tumblers. IF anyone has locks that have been removed that are bad and have no use for them I would greatly appreciate them, it will give us parts other than the tumbler assemblies so we can repair locks for others that need them. Let me know what you have although any of the parts will be great and appreciated and I am sure there are those who will be greatful for the ability to have their locks repaired.
