Millpond, last year was my first OI. Once they get everything setup its EASY!!! If its like last year we signed up online, I cant recall, may have printed a form and sent it in? Entry fee was in line with a local sized tournament (used to be free) but with the slow down in sales it was more than reasonable for what was provided!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone already posted a listing of local places to stay. Lake Norfork Inn is normally the main staging area. Ive fished many tournaments over the years and the OI was the best ran tournament of that size Ive ever fished. if I make it this year Ill stash a portable chair in the truck or rod locker for the final weigh in since that takes a while. The lake was easy to run, not much of a way to mess up your boat or motor if you are careful.
