Warning sensor for oil going off had it checked out at the lake by a service tech (ran dianogstics) at the marina who said it was a faulty gauge. Is this something I can replace or does it need to be calibrated so to speak. 2006 BassCat Puma w/ 225 Evinrude e-tec

Probably the sender on the oil. Not a gauge from our perspective. We would let a tech handle it on the system of E-Tec. They can be tedious on resetting and require the laptop cabling. BCB
