1996 Eyra with a 2012 Mer PRo XS. I have been having starting battery issues for a while. I have been through 2 31 series batterys in the last couple of mounths. Yestorday we found the problem. It was a falty ground at the altenator cleaned and added second ground wire. Now i have 14.1 volts. The only problem i still have is when i turn the key on about 2 min later a warning horn goes off and the oil light flashes for a few seconds. The eng does not have to be running. Most likely it a security thing but i can not figure out how to reprogram it to not come on.
