Once again BCB amazes me!

BCB, Today I received a box from UPS that had BCB on it and I was like a kid at Christmas! I opened the box and there was a brand new BCB hat (which I promptly placed on my head), a new black BCB coat with my name on it (which I quickly threw on, tags and all!) and a hand written letter from Rick Pierce himself! Having a hand written letter was one thing, but the content of the letter was another! The letter was personal and it was obvious that Rick had seen some of my postings or at least heard of them! I will not get into the content of the letter but what an amazing company and family!It is no wonder why Bass Cat is number one in the bass boat community in satisfaction and if they continue their traditions, BCB will always remain number one and will always retain me as an owner and part of the family!Rick I hope to meet you at Sherms during his 10 year anniversary in February so I can shake your hand personally! Thanks for having me in this great family!

I was the same way last year when I got my box from them. And I agree that it is amazing that Rick can remember things to add in to a letter for that “personal” touch that makes someone who just bought a boat feel like they are the king of the world. With all he has going on to remember who said what is amazing. Kudos to BCB!

I dont know the circumstances that prompted it but nothing BCB does for the FAMILY surprises me. They are all a super bunch of folks!!! My hat is off to them!

I to was impressed when I received my box last July. But I havent been able to get my trailer issues taken care of and its been 7 months now.

Rick is just like the FBI and CIA…he has a file on every one of us . Seriously, it is cool that you received you stuff and liked it. Rick is the one posting on a lot of the message boards across the net more than all of you figure. He realizes how important that market is and like everything else stays on top of it. I dont know how he finds the time in the day to get it done…guess it is good he is low sleep/high energy type personality. Danny B – raining on someones parade isnt the time to do this, start your own thread if you want to get some attention. You really need to give BCB the opportunity to make this right before a public blasting is issued. Call and talk to Scott Estes 870-481-5135…he will get this taken care of one way or another.

I dont know where Rick gets the time to write personal letters, I was in there today, and he was busier than a one legged man at a butt kickn contest, I didnt even try to say hi to him he was so busy.

I received my box of goodies today. In it was a red jacket with my name beautifully embroiderd on it. One BCB cap. The talked about personal letter from Mr. Rick Pierce. And one thing I was not expecting. A certificate for One BCB fishing rod and One BCB life vest. I was Blown away by this because I purchased my Cougar before this promotion started. Thanks BCBs! Glynn
