BCB:

Rule #8 scoring lists a 13″ size limit for all Bass, but everything I have seen states 15″ on both the Missouri and Arkansas guidelines online. Has there been a change recently?

We will verify the rules for you and there has been a change. The rules will need some clarification we expect and we weren’t aware they launched the Entry Form.

According to the 2023 rule guide from the Arkansas Game and Fish Comission Norfork min length is 13″ for large and smallmouth, no length for spots (on page 7 of the guidebook)

URGENT:

I reached out to the local agent for Ozark County Missouri (Tom Leeker) and they are still planning to enforce the 15″ limit, so if you catch a fish in Arkansas that is under 15″ and cross into the Missouri waters you are in violation of the law. A humble suggestion would be to make the Missouri areas of the lake off-limits as a fail-safe and to avoid any PR issues.

Just make it a 15” length limit across the board and everyone is good.

This is directly from the Missouri regulations for Norfork. Thus it’s under review

Length limit:
Black bass: minimum 15” on largemouth and smallmouth bass; minimum 12” on spotted bass
