I have a 2000 Sabre that is in great shape but is starting to show light oxidation on the top cap. The rest of the boat still shines like new. I purchased the Mcguires products light oxidation remover, polish, and wax. Went through the steps with a orbital buffer looks better but still showing a haze on the top. Its not very bad just noticable looking down on it. No chalking or rough patches. Does anyone have any suggesions? Thought of trying the heavy oxidation remover not sure if that will help. I found one video using the Mcguires oxi remover and using a scotch brite pad to scrub off oxidation. Is this recommended or safe? Just dont want to make the gel coat worse or damage it. I believe it can be shined back out without all the wet sanding. Boat still looks great I just want to address the problem before it gets any worse. Any suggestions or personal experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
