P2 graph question for BCB

Just bought a new P2 and wondering if it is impossible to mount a Lowrance X28hd or similar size in the console. I know it would have to be cut, but want to be sure before I buy a new unit. After having a bigger unit in my 04 FTD it seems quite small now. Very Very happy with the ride and being slung out of the hole by the 200 Opti gives me a grin also. No kidding, it is definitely the best holeshot I have ever seen. Still breaking it in but the boat seems to want to run.

Sorry, a 28c model will not fit in the dash on a P2 model. We kept those dashes smaller to prevent folks from loading up a $30 to $40k boats with electronics and running the price tag out of line. You will have to RAM mount it. Some have made special faces that the 28c mounted into for custom applications. Though we dont have anything other than a RAM mount. We are very glad you are enjoying your P2 and that is quite a difference in coming from the larger boat of the 04 Cougar FTD. It wont probably run like your FTD did, though it will be respectable.
