I dont know if you are looking at a new one or a used one. I had a new one for a little over a year. It was a galvanized, painted trailer with 2 coats of Gatorhyde on it. It was in the salt water a lot! I never say any signs of any corrosion at all when I traded it in, but again, I only had it a year or so. I also washed it off after every use. Used an old fashion rotating yard sprinkler to put under it near the brakes and wheels for about 15 minutes per side. For me, the main issues were corrosion of the wiring in the bilge area. I had to replace wires on the batteries twice in that year, even though I hosed that area down after each use.
