They are worth it to me. The padded front deck makes a difference fishing multiple days. Becomes noticeable after 2 days on my old feet. I also think it helps save the carpet from flattening out. The extra coating on the trailer is also worth it if you travel alot pulling a boat. Rock chips on trailers are unstoppable and all the protection you can get helps keep the rock chips away. Extra mooring cleat. Depends on whether you tie up a lot My opinion FWIW!
