Hey guys just got this 2002 pantera 3 and I have a couple questions on it. First is the bilge pump button lights up but when you push it nether manual or auto lights light up nor do the pumps. Where do I start to see what’s up? Second question is what holds the center seat post insert on the boat and where and how do I replace it. Thanks again

Which dash system do you have, the BP-101 screen or the A-Ten touch pad which is about 3×7 in size.

With the A Ten unit we generally feel it’s the unit itself. Check the grounds to pumps, and for power coming out of the unit. Early models had an EPROM setup, later models thermals. The thermals were more KISS and not as hard to tech. If there’s no power coming out of an older dash, try wiring a test light or something that burns power, as they turn off when there is a failure in the feed that doesn’t meet the programmed power (amp) requirements, which have we believe an 8 amp maximum drain.

Ok thanks any info on that center seat post mount? How does it come up and can it be replaced? Thanks again

Shock,

If it is the white plastic one just get a jig saw and cut it out from the inside out to the edge. you can order the replacements from Basscat.
