Have the same rig. 02 P3 w/ Yamaha 200 & 25M prop. Im currently @ 3.375″ Ive played with the height up and down with little effect to my top end speed. Too much torque and not as much lift if i go any higher. This current height seems to be the sweet spot for holeshot and top end. Made a long run last weekend. One full tank (25 gal) myself (250 lbs) livewells about half full, 8″ to 12″ chop,87deg water, 95deg air temp,90%+ humidity. Best GPS speed was 70.7mph @ 5600. This is a dual console with flipping deck insert also. Hope to try a 24 Fury in the next few weeks! Good luck with yor rig!!!
