Anyone installed retractable rod buckles in a PIV? I feel the PVC wiring pipe under the gunnel on starboard side, but think i can mount just aft of it and be OK. Main concern is whether the gunnel is wide enough. Would hate to cut the hole and find it wasnt deep enough to mount.
