Participation in the OI Tournament

Looks to me like if he owns a Basscat he should be able to fish..besides I have never heard of him

Would you have said the same if Phil Marks won it? He has won more money than Albert has I gurantee it.

Seems like i remember reading somewhere that until recently there had been a local “jinx” on winning.
