Just wanted to say the Parts department goes over and beyond the call of duty. Called Allan yesterday and told him I had lost a knob off my Helix 12 and wanted to see if by chance they had 1 laying around the shop.He emailed me today and said he found one and would mail to me.that is going the extra mile when comes to customer service.Thanks Allan
