My dad came to visit us this past weekend, and I took him for a spin in the new Cat. He has never seen one before- his last boat was a 1976 17ft Hydra-Sports with a 175 Rude which hit 74mph when I was in it( Dad was a motorhead). As I took the cover off for him to have a once over, he said it was the nicest glass job he had ever seen, and went on and on about the boatand trailer. You have to know my dad to appreciate this- he is a world class perfectionist and does not give out praise often. He is a bladesmith and thinks nothing of spending hundreds of hours on one knife. So, BassCat- if you can impress the man, you have your stuff RIGHT!
