Topic: perko vent for pIII

While at the ramp today I tried to take the perko vent off of the top of my cap. When I went to unscrew it the cap came off in my hand and the vent fell down into the hole. Any ideas where I can find a replacement and what I would call it?

We dont think thats a replacement part, but probably a full part replacement.

Where can I get a new one? I know I could get it back by taking my gas tank out, but it seems like a lot of work for that small of a piece.

You probably have to purchase the entire fuel fill, then remove the screw on vent and replace it. They do not have that flower style vent cap as a part.

I might be talking about the wrong thing. Im talking about the little black cap on the back of the boat. Its about the size of a quarter and says perko on it.

No, we think he is talking about the one on the top of the flip cap, not the screw in model.
