Baker and I put in at daylight and fished until the pros made it down river. He had a limit on a crankbait by 7:45 ( prolly only about 8 lbs ) but he was happy! Snapped a few pics during the day, was a great day with my little man! Oh yeah, on day one, two of the pros had weight in the 7 lb range, you cant tell him sh*t now!IKESKEETEVERS_________________________

Brian,Thats what Im talking about. Great pics of your son. My boy who is 21 is home for ten days before fall semester at Auburn. We have been doing some fishing ourselves.Nothing better then fishing in a BassCat with our sons and daughters.

Flyswatter is correct. There is no substitute for the time spent with my son, especially when we are fishing out of the PII he loves to drive. The dogs also love to go, but it is a little hot here in AL for them to be comfortable.Carky

Thank you Tom and cef, he is my pride and joy, and yes I spoil him every chance I get! He was fishing with my Calcutta on a KVD rod. He told me he really liked it so it became “his” from this point forward! He is a great child, straight As, and loves to hunt and fish! He has a 150 class deer and loves to sit in the stand with his Daddy. We are booked to go to Texas this spring to get his first RIO! He was a blessing given to me that I am not so sure I deserved, but we are making memories and having fun doing it! Looking forward to many more days of hearing….”Daddy get the net”. This IS as good as it gets!Brian
