Well, it has been a long time coming but I finally picked up my new 2013 Cougar FTD this past Sunday. Purchased from Stickwurm over in Tuscaloosa, AL and very happy. Steve is a great guy to deal with and he even took me fishing on Lay Lake. Not a lot of people would do that for a complete stranger…we just couldnt seem to find me a Coosa River spot, but we did catch some fish and much appreciated.People have been asking me “What kind of boat are you getting this time?” and I always have the same reply “A Basscat-is there any other brand?!” Love it and dont see myself in any other boat. Thanks to all who answered my questions as I was looking the past couple of months.Also, looking forward to this coming weekend on Lake Fork for the TXBCOE. I will be arriving Thursday evening and prefishing Friday so if you see me dont hesitate to stop and say HI.
