PII horn replacement?

I have a 1996 PII and the horn stopped working .I used a test light to see if I had juice to the horn when I hit the button on the superdash, I do. the horn is mounted in the side wall with a 2″ dia. cut-out. HOW DO I REPLACE IT? I needed the horn not only as safety Equipment but as the alarm system. HELP!
