I just wanted to brag on Plano Tackle Boxes service department. They are wonderful to deal with. I bought several of the Falcon FTO tackle boxes a few years ago and now the clips are breaking and are brittle. I emailed Falcon to ask about buying some new clips and they told me that Plano had taken over this line of tackle boxes and I should contact them. I did that thinking that I would get no response, but I was very pleasantly surprised. They did not sell me the clips. They sent me a form to fill out stating how many I needed and what boxes I had. I filled this out and they shipped me a bag of the clips to replace all of mine, AT THEIR COST. I am very happy with how they handled this and will be a customer for life!Thanks,Jon
