We have one suggestion. We have watched the results of the JD Power categories for several years. Select one of the top builders listed. These tend to rotate around, though the upper level builders are in those top seven or eight spots consistently. The satisfaction scores fall for those lower in the rankings significantly. As do the problems per one hundred units. The mid pack of about thirty builders have double the problems of the top segment. Thanks Phil for posting the information below for Ryan. It is good data and one can barely make out the other names using the names above. This data is not publicly available information.
