I have been thinking for the last bit about where to mount new upgraded electronics in my 2008 Puma and I am considering removing the popup cleat and mounting a RAM mount like Jamey did. I would still like to use the cleat so I am thinking about relocating it possibly behind the throttle. Has anyone done this? Are the factory cleats screwed in or are they bolted? Is there any reason that this cant or shouldnt be done?Thanks,Mike

No word right now though they are working on a set that installs in the boat and the RAM mounts to the apparatus. BCB

has this been addressed the reason Im asking is Im adding a hds 8 to console might just put in place of unit there but if there is another option id like to see also have a 8 for bow any one got a pic of what they have Ive got a 08 puma I like it down in the pocket on bow where it is out of way help thanks

BCB has A RAM mount that is removeable.
