Pretty easy install. Ive installed one or two and they are like anything else. Depends on how anal you want to be during the install. Power Pole is the best!
Yes, if they are rested to remove pressure on the cylinder and seals at mid extension. Which means resting the pole on a block, step, ladder or something.
