I saw this mourning he has skin cancer and will have to have surgery and skin transplant to lip. Enjoyed him with Bass Cat. When he left I heard him say it was money. Bass Cat made a great boat.

I saw a post from Billy McCaghrens wife that Billy also has some issues but they are working them out. Prayers for all. Norma Gregg Mccaghren with Billy McCaghren Jr2 hrs · Mayflower, AR · Thanks to all of you for your positive thoughts and prayers. Good news is no cancer. Praise God. Bad news, his esophagus was only 8 mm, its supposed to be 20mm. They were able to dilate him to 9mm today and took some biopsies of it. Dr said he has never seen a constricture that bad. He will have to go back every 3 wks for the next several months to have it dilated. The Dr said he hopes he can get it to at least 15mm. He also has Eosinophillic Esophagistis, for which hell take steroids for 6-8wks. I had the pleasure of marshalling for Mark on the last day of this years AOY championship on Sturgeon Bay. I was wearing my BCB neck buff which struck a conversation and he had nothing but great things to say about Bass Cat, and he really enjoyed his time with them. Mark is a wonderful person and I wish nothing but the best outcome possible. Prayers sent.

Over the years of watching him compete in BASS, he comes across as an incredibly likable guy…prayers and well wishes.
