Pro Pak battery chager…BCB??

I have a 07 P2, with a pro-pak 3 bank charger. I plugged it in, and no light for bank 1, which is for the cranking battery. This is the second charger I have installed since I took delivery of the boat in April. Do I have to contact the mfg. of the battery charger again for repair/replacement, or will BCB honor the problem? Thanks Rich B

Check the fuses and try swapping leads from opposite batteries. It is often a comptability issue between batteries and the charger. If that doesnt work, please contact Service at the factory.

BCB… I have changed leads already. I put lead 2 on the cranking battery, and it shows red (charging). There is no activity on bank 1 at all. This charger has worked since its replacment in April. Thanks Rich B

That bank is more than likely bad. I was told you can check by taking the leads off and plugging the charger in. If it is a fuse then you will get a series of flashing lights. If the bank is bad, you will get nothing.
