problem with vision touchpad

About 0530 my boat horn started blowing, and dash lights are on and I cant turn them off. Where should I look to start troubleshooting. Boat was left uncovered in the rain as I was planning on taking it out yesterday or today. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unplug the assembly from power. If your wanting to use it today then take a hair dryer toit and try to dry the moisture that has entered the touch pad. In about an hour contact BCB Service and ask them for a new touch pad overlay. Sounds like moisture entered the touch pad from the outside of the membrane switches. Sorry for the problems and it is a factor though not overly common.

I looked at it last night and tried taking it off, but couldnt figure out how it comes apart without breaking it. II found the box under the dash and removed it, and attempted to get the nut and washer off the bolt in the back but it just kept spinning. Any help would be appreciated in removal.Thanks again guys
