ProMariner dual charger stopped working, BCB community help needed

I have a 2007 PII with a dual bank charger on the trolling batteries and a single on the cranking battery. Last night when I plugged in the chargers, the single charger had the normal green/red lights and charging fine, but the dual charger doesnt appear to be doing anything. When I plug it in no lights come on at all. I have checked in-line fuses and all wiring connections and all are fine. I have never had any problems before with the charging system, but it is like it just died on me. Is there an internal fuse somewhere that I can access or could there be something else I am missing? SputterBug, Check the inline fuses on each lead, and the output voltage on the lead ends connected. In comparison to power on and power off and battery voltage. After that it is between Professional Mariner, Your Dealer, Your Self, and us (*BCB). BCB

If it isnt an inline fuse…ProMariner has a pretty good reputation for taking care of folks. Go to http://www.promariner.com and click the support button and start from there. That should get you taken care of…it does look like you will need the model and serial number on the charger though. Judd Lasiter

I checked the In-Line fuses and are all good and Im getting no output from the charger. Ill contact Promariner and go from there. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Brett

Just an update.. I filled out the return form and mailed it in. The service department mailed back a brand new Prosport12 2nd generation to replace the Prosport8 that died. I appreciate your help and Judd I guess you were right about Promariner taking care of folks. Thanks again, Brett
