Topic: Prop for 200 SHO?

I have a p2 headed this way in the near future, will have the 200 SHO on it and I was wondering if anyone is running this motor on a p2 and has any advice on what prop performs best. I am the only one here with the 200 SHO so I have nobody to compare to. I am not even sure what prop will be on it! Thanks!Brian

Brian, I have not concluded all my evaluations on props but so far the 25p Fury has worked best for me and my Eyra / 200 H.P. VmaxSHO buy a noticeable margin. I get less blow out at take off and WOT speed is better too. I have tested to date a Tempest Plus 25p and Yamahas T1 ventless 25 P prop. I just learned the Vmax Prop has reverse pitching and am considering getting it Blue Printed to a consistent 25P. Hope this helps. Flyswatter

One other comment. The SHO”s like to high on the JP. Ill be happy to work with you just PM me and Ill give you my Phone Number. Congrats and you are in for a hole lot of BassCat fun! One thing I failed to mention BassCat can better direct you. Our hulls are different so consult with them first. All they are is just a boat designer with 40 years of experience.
