If you stay with Yamaha, Id go with the 25 T1…the 27 will not carry a load nearly as well. The “T” series is a monster prop. Having run a Yamaha 250 OX66 with the 27 T1…if I had it to do over again, Id jump all over a 26 Fury. You can buy a new Fury cheaper than you can get the T1…the Yamaha/Merc hub kit can be purchased online for under $20. The 26 Fury should put you in the rpm range your looking for and get you over the 75 mph mark while providing the monster hole shot (no matter how heavy your setup is). Bottom line, if you run by yourself with little gear and minimal fuel the 27T1 might be the fastest of the props mentioned above…but loaded, Id give the nod to the 26 Fury. I would strongly suggest finding a prop to demo before making a decision if possible.
