J. Darby This is typical of worked propellers. It sounds like they added some pitch to the prop and thinned it, thus changing everything, which is common. They cut the blades and cupping does not solve pitch issues or ventilation. If the prop runs good on top, change the PVS plugs and start restricting the exhaust with smaller vent holes. We actually prefer just a tad bit of ventilation if you hold the throttle down. It helps acceleration. Though it should only vent for a second or so.
