I ordered my PUMA FTD in July and got it 3 weeks later. I had it 8 days, went to a tournament and was ran into coming home damaging the front axle and fender. Luckly he did not damage the boat or motor. Called BASSCAT and they had me an axle in one week and a fender two days later. I am very impressed with their service department and will never own another brand of boat after some of the things I have been through with other name brand boat companies.
