Assuming you do not want to change from the jeep, I agree with the it depends on the rig and which jeep. A Jeep Grand Cherokee can pull a few things but when you start going to the 20ft rigs weight becomes a bigger issue. It isnt that the 6 cyclinder may not pull it, but that it will start to skid if you hit the brakes hard enough. The puma and cougar can weigh more than the vehicle. With that said I pull a loaded cougar with a 6 cylinder SUV with 6400lb towing capacity. It pulls fine but I have to be careful when stopping. Will still skid. I have pulled a PIII, PIV, and ranger z19 all with a Toyota 4Runner 6 cylinder. It had 5000lb capacity, comparable I think to a Cherokee. The safe bet is the 150 eco boost mentioned or a heavier 8 cylinder SUV if you have a 20fter. Not sure about the caracal.
