The best method to straighten them is a Shop press and using thick hard wood or plywood boards to press the skeg the direction you need it SLOWLY. This is a very thick part and hard to reset. It looks like a sandbar and turning in a gravel or sandbar the opposite direction. Also we don’t know if this is a torque from that, or you might need to lower the engine. If this is a new problem with this boat then you might need to just straighten it.

This has no torque tab though even if it did they don’t come into play on most engines.

Its definitely bent to the left slightly. I used a 2×4 and a rubber mallet to straighten mine.

Its cast aluminum, brittle, and doesnt like to be messed with. It can be “manipulated” to straighten it out, like Bass Cat said, but its slow going. Too far, too fast, and youre having a new one welded on. Ive done it with large “C Clamps” and plywood using slow steady pressure.
