Puma prop question

I have a VMAX 225 HPDI and running a 25M. Ive heard rumors that a 25T would be a better application for this. Any thoughts?

The 25T is a 151/8 diameter prop , has a little more rake for more bow lift and thicker blades. The 25M is 141/4 diameter and is going to flex more. I went to the 25T on a Yamaha VZ 250 on an 08 Puma. If there was more bow lift it was very little, the blades are thicker. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply, anything helps me to understand. Ive checked around locally to see if there was a 25T i could test but have not found one yet.

the rumor that i heard is that on my 05 Puma, the 25T was having problems and therefore the 25M was used with the HPDI 225. From what ive heard is that the 25T would be a little faster with much fewer blow outs. Just wondering if i should leave well enough alone or….not.
