How long does it take to recieve a Quest check?

Up to 8 weeks. Though usually 6 depending on factors. BCB

I submitted mine in Oct 09. I waited approx 45 days and nothing, then I found out a w-9 was mailed out but I didnt receive it for some reason. So I got that all straight and mailed back in by Dec 09.
