I am currently in the Quest program and am considering selling my current Cat and purchasing another one. I understand the warranty transfer with BCB but by doing this will it require me to have to pay and renew my enrollment. The current owner of the boat I may buy is a Quest member too so I wasnt sure if I just need to do the warranty transfer or if I needed to pay the fee to remain in the program.

To prevent cumbersome annual fees, as all other programs have, the Quest incentive ends with ownership. The only fee presently is the membership fee when you buy a used rig, which also serves as the transfer of warranty on post 2000 models. New boat owners are automatically members of Quest. That is unless you purchase a used, retail sold as new, rig that is a trade in at a BCB dealership. Yar-Craft incentives apply also.

Okay, so all I would need to do is transfer the warranty by submitting the serial #?The buyer of my boat will need to submit the serial number off of my boat and pay his Quest fee?

The fee applies to both parties. You pay $100 and transfer your warranty and he pays $100 to transfer his new to him warranty. Unless you buy qualifying boat from a dealership.
